The Royal Investigations, LLC team consist of Investigators with over 35 years of experience working in various venues of security, including a vast experience as an Executive Protection Specialist protecting celebrities, sports figures and diplomats. In addition, we have members of our organization with over 20 years experience in private investigation and investigation operations, managing numerous Insurance and SIU Investigations all across the United States. David Long, Jr.

Chief Executive Officer/Senior Investigator

An Alabama native, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide), and a Master’s Degree from Auburn University at Montgomery. He is also a 6 year veteran of the U S Marine Corps. David has over 7.5 years of experience in local law enforcement as a Police Officer working the city streets, working in the Street Interdiction Unit, and Undercover Vice. David became a Private Investigator in 1999 working throughout the Eastern Region of the United States, performing various types of Investigations from Worker’s Comp Investigations, SIU Investigations, Death and Subrogation Investigations involving surveillance, etc., as both an Investigator and an Operations Manager.

David is also a member of the Executive Protection Institute (NLA) since 2008, and has provided Executive Protection for various Celebrities, VIP Executives, Sports Figures, Dignitaries and domestic violence organizations.

David’s wealth of industry knowledge and experience has lead him to the position of the Chief Executive Officer for Royal Investigations, LLC.
